How We Do It
Golden Hippo is an employee-owned, vertically-integrated, highly profitable direct-to-consumer marketer of health, beauty, and pet care brands. From brand ideation to ad creation to product fulfillment, the entire process happens in-house.

Product Development

This is where new brands are conceived, new partnerships are built and every new product we sell comes to fruition. Our team is completely hands on in developing talent, building brands from the ground up, and creating top-quality, impactful formulas that change lives.
Copywriting
Our copywriting team has a hand in everything from the ads and letters that first bring our customers in, to product labels and web copy, to our highly-profitable email newsletters, and even this website.
Video Production and Editing
Our talented video team brings copy and concepts to life by creating live action and animated ads (in conjunction with our art department). We shoot and edit all of our content in-house, where we’re able to put a personal touch on production.
IT and Web Development
We’re predominantly an online company — so without our IT and Web Development teams, we wouldn’t be here. Our in-house teams create and code every single one of our web pages and ads, to give our customers the highest quality, safest experience possible.
Digital Marketing
Our digital marketing team is responsible for buying ad placement on multiple platforms. They’re involved in the entire campaign cycle, including creating ads, testing for performance, and launching and overseeing campaigns. From there, our SEO, Reputation Management, and Social Media teams ensure that any searches related to our brands ensure a positive customer experience.
Customer Service
Our US-Based customer service team works directly with our customers 7 days a week, helping to process orders, answer questions, and troubleshoot as needed, to ensure our customers keep coming back.

Our Organization
Golden Hippo is our headquarters, based in Woodland Hills, CA. Our teams at Golden Hippo build our family of brands from the ground up. That means, we do everything from creating brands and formulas to shooting and producing advertising content, to creating our own marketing materials in-house.
Golden Bolt is part of our team that makes sure our life-changing formulas make it from our facilities in Memphis, TN and Chatsworth, CA, to the homes of our valued customers around the globe. Without our fulfillment experts at Golden Bolt, it would be impossible to revolutionize the health and well-being of our amazing customers.
Golden Customer Care is the bridge between our offices and our customers. Customer Care experts provide personalized, comprehensive care to consumers all over the globe. This includes providing customer support and troubleshooting. Our Customer Care teams are located all around the nation but headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT.
Golden Pet Manufacturing is our pet food manufacturing facility located in Germantown, WI. They specialize in producing veterinarian-researched, freeze-dried pet food and treat products. Optimal health begins with optimal nutrition and our customer’s pets deserve nothing less.
